Exercise consultations include:

  • Gathering history of activity and exploring future activity that may be considered.

  • Education and counseling address the advantages of becoming more active, utilizing different exercise routines for various conditions, and for increased motivation.

  • Examining and eliminating barriers preventing exercise participation.

  • Goal setting and plan development.

  • Providing support and continued education for developing new skill sets.

  • Relapse prevention.

 

In addition to supporting patients with incorporating exercise into their personal routine independently, we will offer Yoga sessions during the weekends.

In Holistic Wellness, we understand that mental health and physical health are interconnected, and exercise is, therefore, an essential factor to support mental and emotional wellbeing.
